Dilutive or not, really hinged on the asset values added. In this regard it depends on the trust to the SLR management. If you believe in their industry knowledge and experience and vision, then you should support the acquisition of Leonora assets. Afterall, with this acquisition, SLR will triple its reserves, more than double its resources. The multiple is much higher if only consider assets within OZ.

Many SLR shareholders at the moment hold negative views towards any move of the company, probably due to the long time down trend of SP. It's very suspectful that last Friday SLR was smacked and GMD was pumped. A high possibility of manipulation to facilitate SBM board to put out such a valuation claim today.

SLR's current SP is at the low side, if not the bottom. While GMD SP has been on the hype, which probably should only be valued on its cash holding. I see more value added for SBM shareholders in mid term if going with SLR. SBM board has committed treason to its shareholders.
