The updated SLR offer is better again. This is a long way from being over.
This is how it looks to me - GMD offer suits SBM Board, SLR offer looks better for SBM shareholders. Who wins, board or shareholders? If I was picking a winner I'd be saying board. But I think GMD will have to come to table with better offer again before anything happens. If they get away with this morning's upgrade it is a massive win.
