I can't see how SLR can have another crack.
SBM have stated they are not looking at the bid, as their financiers need certainty going forward. SBM stated even if SLR goes unconditional, SLR still needs shareholder approval to finalise the deal. This is the major stumbling block. SLR cannot provide certainty that a takeover will be consumated, even if the SLR Board signs off on the deal.
