SBW are business people - they know their stuff and don't take stupid risks. They've entered a 12 month agreement here....this isn't some long-term loan to keep them operating. They have a specific plan and specific short-term payback.

To me this says further growth and increased profits.

It's also a postive that the option exercise price isn't fixed. If the exercise price is fixed it can put a cap on the SP until the options expire and possibly screw over the current holders. Happy with the 25% discount of the 30-day VWAP.
