The crazy terms to me infers one of 2 things. Either they can not sell their vision/concept to a normal broker for a good price because they see limited upside, so have do favours for "loan shark" style organisations. Or they are doing favours for "mates".
It seems Everblu area bit akin to afterpay or wallet wizard - great for people with dodgy prospects that the banks won't touch. And now we have to share the register with them.
It seems a common theme.
