    That was a JV project with a UK company that was refining that tech. Shekel walked away from the agreement for undisclosed reasons. That actually coincided with the SP slide.
    Personally I got the feeling at the time that Shekel had concerns about having their IP "borrowed" by those guys. It had been a promoted liaison, so the market wasn't happy when it died.
