I think the only problem that's holding back a rapid SP rise is the tightly held share register. I don't think there's enough free cash flow to allow any institutional investor to take a meaningful holding. And as there is no immediate requirement for a share placement or cap raise this may be the case for a while yet. I'm more than happy to hold LT anyway.
