The whole scenario is quite insane IMHO. This time next year we might even get a dividend. That would shake the tree.
Personally if the SP never moves and they pay dividends at a payout ratio of 30% for the rest of my life, I would be very happy.

The only bit I don't agree with is that I think it's a buy rather than a hold.
