In that case, I would be very impressed that during a heated election cycle, where another Ferdinand Marcos could be president by May this year, and another Duterte is Veep, that SGC can get a rig in NW Palawan to drill...with all the necessary approvals in place for it with the DENR and the local Palawan Council for Sustainable Development, with the Defense Department with the various importation agencies for all the essentials such as drill pipes, wellheads etc.....all in a couple of months. Notwithstanding the Philippines is in Covid alert level 3 (or is it 4 by now). Regardless, you say SGC are drilling then great (and with just an LOI). I am sure they will drill before the May elections and be very very successful.
