Well said on your opposing view and accepted. I have yet to see an announcement from the Philippines DOE that (a) they have accepted Manta's withdrawal from its SC 6B obligations (the CEO of Manta is under investigation for estafa) and (b) that SGC is recognised as the Operator of SC 6B.
