What a joke. Surely they don't expect us to get excited about acquiring a company with LESS than $200k in revenues last year. They've conveniently stated "current annualised revenue profile of $212,544, based on the half year ended 31 December 2024". So, in other words, Inhouse had a 'big' second half year (revenue of $106k) compared to the 1H CY24 (with revenue of what??). And we're paying $1.3mil for 80% of this company. Plus another $433k over the next 2 years if they can hit very low revenue targets.
I had some sort of hope that SCP might do something useful, and that maybe one day my original CLB holding would be worth something. But that hope is diminishing.
