The magnesite project is a long shot that's for sure, but if they do manage to pull it off then the share price is 10-20 times where it currently is. The associated free-cash flow is also massive and would fund all other exploration 10 fold.

They essentially need to find another 200kt of off-take for the magnesite, they already have 300kt with the commitment still there, and the 500kt agreement with Darwin ports. From there anything can happen and with a small capital requirement the money wont be hard to find, if agreements are in place.

High risk, High reward at this stage.
