Faster is a relative term. It means at a pace greater than previously.
Associating "this Government" with the relative term would imply faster than a previous Govt.
Therefore to answer your question you would need to be able to determine how fast the previous Government moved.
And theres the rub If in 10 years there was NO MOVEMENT can a government that had no movement and then starts to move be said to be moving faster.
I think not .
Unless you consider negative movement and the mew movement is positive you are then faced with the question Can movement in a different direction be faster than previously.
