My guess about the sp reaction is that the jv has not yet come thru with contracts. Guidance says they are close, but no cigar yet.
Not a dividend reaction because estimate was at or below the 2.7 cents. Lack of transparency (regular news) may have prompted some to sell on the brief spike -- price jumped to $1.06 I recall before falling back.
