At least the USA has some progress with this and inclusion of one or more centers in Canada. Can’t really say the same for Europe. Not sure if sales are actually increasing there. NICE rejection once again brings up the issue of price maintenance vs expansion. I think it could be valuable to analyse a price point where expansion would be significant (or maybe not?). Still nothing in Australia to my knowledge. I think LH is clutching at straws with NICE and possible further legal fight. They may have had a couple of wins in the last appeal but lost on 6 or 7 others despite all the legal help. Bigger fish to fry and I hope Neuracthal is progressing on time. GLTA
