You can't really go around shouting to the world about how you're going to negotiate favourable regulatory terms that ensure the maintenance of monopoly prices and the cash printing status of this company, or you can expect to get terms that ensure that does not happen. Same reason why they talk so heavily about the sun protection angle of the "bronzing" cream, rather than the tanning and cosmetic angle (even though that's how they'll be making billions in the cosmetic market). Regulators, insurers, competitors etc all read company announcements, it's not as if they're exclusive to investors. Im not sure why people expect the company to provide such sensitive info
