So what's better value? The banks return similar but Franked I guess.
VCX took a hit with today's update. Not sure what people expected. Last quarter was terrible but we're roaring into the next one. Generally speaking the Retail REITs have been creeping up. Wouldn't be surprised to see them creep up another 5-10% leading into distributions.
