Yeah so long as covid hangs around large shopping centres will continue to suffer.
They are the last to reopen fully, as they tend to have large entertainment sections with their cinemas, gyms, bowling alleys, and dining.
But if this price keeps falling, there has to be a point where we get back in. The SP is all over the shop, UBS doing particularly bad at picking it too. They only just move the SP target up from 1.75 and now it plummets again
