I think the CR rumors are a diversion from the lack of footfall and deterioration in retail due in major part IMHO caused by the reinstatement of parking charges in states outside Victoria.
Cases are down in Victoria and NSW today so that augurs well for SCG but the parking charges may deter people from parking in empty car parks charging people and empty car parks are a horrendous look for shoppers and drive people away from Westfield to other destinations such as Vicinity Centers.
The SCG’s Westfield car parks might become like a knacker yard is to a horse IMHO but pls DYOR?
