How can you talk about these appalling half year results and the results to come without discussing the root cause of the decline and demise of SCG’s former results due to the car parking charges?
Do not think SCG will go bust anytime soon but the results are clearly heading towards a white elephant of empty Centers and empty car parks because of the charges.
It is still a going concern for now due to the market cap. $10 billion will not be blown too easily even if these parking charges are making SCG Westfield malls and Centers the largest white elephants in the Southern Hemisphere and as empty as ever.
if you see a car park full let us know? The results might not be as bad as quickly as these results indicate.
we might mourn for the white elephant or these car parking charges should be eliminated for good.
