VCX has a much larger exposure to Vic market. Chadstone would alone account for a high amount of $ and it's a ghost town at present.
I think SCG won't be as worse (also factor in they've been playing hardball on rents).
if theirs isn't as bad as VCX I'm expecting an increase, by how much? who knows.....
