Was actually positively surprised by the VCX result. Net Income only dropped like 5% and cashflow is fine. Was just the property devaluation, but market was already told a while ago there would be a devaluation of ~10% so....
Essentially a 100% decrease in SP for a 10% devaluation. Market is going to do what the market does...
