Well - GS analysts think they have gearing at 37% ish, and a land val well over $3. They don't need to crap raise at this stage. I would hope they suspend dists rather than raise capital through a dodgy Frankenstein crap raise, but happy if they do a fair pro rata deal.
I just bought some.
