I haven't seen the "parking poster" because I've blocked him ages ago.... I'm just seeing so much response to an idiot, which I think is a distraction.
At current horrendous drop in profit + SP, this is a turn-around play, so if you're in SCG, you'll have to wait for things to turn around.
Outside NSW / VIC, things are already starting to turn around much quicker. So many states + NZ are doing well.
