Here is part of our neighbour BCA's announcement yesterday regarding leaching results from their Flanagan Bore project.
As both an Edge and TKM holder, there are pros and cons regarding the merger proposal. I originally was going to vote against the merger as I believed Edge had more value as an ASX listed entity in its own right.

Currently I will only get the equivalent of 11c per Edge share whereas the shares would list at 20c if going through with an ipo. The downside is the risk of getting an ipo listed in the current environment. If Edge failed to raise the minimum funds to list then it would be virtually worthless, though the manganese project could probably be sold to another listed company for it's present $4m value.

TKM will pay much less for the project via a merger because of the current sp, though maybe once the deal is bedded down, TKM may rerate on the strength of holding a jorc manganese deposit in a known manganese area. Nicholas Downs project (MIN/Hancock Prospecting) and BCA's Flanagan Bore project are both in the vicinity to the s/w, and Woodie Woodie (Pilbara Manganese) is to the north.

I will now vote for the merger as TKM has some prospective ground and the manganese project will fit nicely into the stable imo.
