Thought SEH had looked at buying prior to CNEML taking over the 51% so why not now!. If GC is not up to running the company that's fair its not a big issue you bring someone in who is and has the experience and knowledge and vision to monestise the full value of the asset.
Its all to easy to say its hard its China the SOE does not want to play fair BUT its been like this from day one the difference is the leadership so sorry not buying into all these new found issues/excuses.
Why does everything stop! . we have no access to the JV docs etc but again in the PSC it makes it very clear what happens if you cannot meet you cash call and in particular at ODP in terms of ownership.
