    I voted online and with all shares voted NO. Its not the easiest of voting procedures to ensure you get your "NO" vote registered as after voting "NO" it moves you onto the NEXT page asking you to appoint a Proxy and of course "The chairman is highlighted" as default choice. I'll be going back into check that my vote is recorded correctly. It says it may take 5 days to register my voted of "No".
