They are guessing that we might need to have a capital raise after the merge given that LOT would have less than 15 mil left and ACB has 1 mil or so left in the bank account. I hope there is an offtake agreement soon so we don't have to raise at the current level. I'm guessing 200 million shares at 30c to raise 58mil + loan facility to have the project up and running. The first year cash flow + capital raise + loan to bring ACB project online by 2026
