    So, apparently if you are an "ineligible shareholder", your mergeco shares will be issued to the nominee and sold on your behalf within 10 business days of the implementation date.....

    Conveniently, Hong Kong is on the very limited list of countries that are not "ineligible", if that is your address as per the register.
    (Aus, NZ, Arg, Canada, HK, UK)

    "I wonder" why Hong Kong is included on that list?! NOT

    How convenient.
