I'm a little confused about the tax implications of the scheme.... so even if you don't sell, when gxy shares cease to exist and you get transferred to merge co you pay cgt on the gxy shares that get disposed of as a result of the merger ?
someone tell me I'm wrong... I would have a lot of cgt on gxy shares....
