I am really not in favour of signing up to a spruik, without any evidence that the future will indeed be better under DVP, this is just ridiculous that it can be considered reasonable. Did they just make up that last bit? Why? Give me some facts... not a vague unsupported couple of sentences. The facts in their presenation clarly point to the unfair nature, the deep discount definitely make it unreasonable.

I would not believe any increase in DVP share price during this period (til October) would make me change my mind, as I wouldnt be sure of reason. Only a significant increase in DVP:ESS ratio. 1:5.

I won't be voting yes at this point.

No guarantee the DVP price isn't being pumped to get deal over the line.

BDO’s recommendation, however, is based on a preferred post-deal value for Develop Global of just $1.73 a share, well under Friday’s closing price of $3.20.

Sounds like 1:4 would be fairer.

Pioneer Dome will be the jewel in the crown.

Can't see the DVP base metal projects getting up anytime soon?
