I'm well aware of Heron, but you haven't answered my question...

Which management team has the best potential to realise the full potential of my ESS shares???

The choice I have is:

I can sell my shares for 46.5c on the market

or I can hope for a better offer (MIN will have a large say in whether there is a better offer)

or I can let the DVP management have a go at trying to realise the potential.

I feel like there is a lot of emotion in it for you @readyaimfire but it is a fairly simplistic choice. The game has been played and we may feel like we have lost but it is what it is.
