Hi Billy, I guess my concern is whether DVP can deliver any upside on their assets,( not the ESS assets) or whether their SP already factors in any upside on those. .

Once we are joined their assets theoretically represent the bulk of the value of our holdings so it will likely be how those assets perform that will have the most impact . My concern is they want our assets as theirs may not have much potential, otherwise they would just focus on developing their own assets.

But all in my opinion and of course there is the risk of what happens to our SP if scheme voted down without another offer in sight.

Difficult decision.
