Just for another opinion; Morningstar has DVP at a fair value of $4.32! MIN will vote their shares and there will be another 4% committed with Directors and bits and pieces. At most of these things only 50% of outstanding shares are voted. It requires 75% of shares voting to get over the line, so with 25% in the bag they only need 60% of others voting to get over the line. Given the churn of sales of DVP to finance purchase of ESS as a good trade and new people buying ESS for a cheap entry to ESS that looks like a done deal to me.
