    His sg, sounds to me we are being siphoned off into an entity with a bloated MC and then we have to hope we can recover something from some potential synergies.

    Why do you think they seem to value DVP so low, like I have previously expressed my concern that I couldn’t see what assets they had that justified their MC, seems IE agrees?
