Hi HHH, I believe MIN have played it well and will see our assets shipped into DVP, where company and shareholders likely more conducive to a direct shipping ore operation to support their mining division. Likely destination MINs processing plant, either their existing one or Bald Hill if their bid to aquire that is successful.
Probably why MIN agreed so quickly to the deal. Wouldn't be surprised if they orchestrated it. Actually would be surprised if they didn't. Can't see any other reason for MIN to accept the deal.
Likely voter apathy and also concerns about a drop in share price if offer rejected will see it get over the line.
I doubt if there will be a better offer from MINs mates but I guess we can but hope. Other parties, again can but hope.
Anyway hopefully they keep supporting DVP share price. Billy paid up to $3.20 after all, not sure why, but apparently he did, lol.
