Thanks for pointing this eligibility issue out to me. I wrote an e-mail to Allkem investor relations to ask if there are any "other jurisdictions agreed by Allkem, Livent and New Topco " or if I am definitely ineligible.
The scheme booklet is a pretty lengthy document and there seems to be a valuation for Allkem and Livent from Kroll but I haven't really started to read the whole document, so I will take some time to study it before I will comment on the content itself. So again thanks for pointing this issue out to me early on. Another issue that came to my mind is this SRN and HIN number that I apparently need to vote. Maybe this is easy to find for Australian shareholders, but I can't remember having seen this number for myself. All I just did was to buy shares via my online-broker(s).
