That 15% jump was before we really knew what the deal was. Our share price has tanked since due to tracking Livents share and a falling 'Lithium' price. I'm not so sure we would drop 15% if the deal didn't go ahead. If anything I think we would go up since we would no longer be connected to the shorted Livent price and "Lithium' should be rising soon.
