So voting on scheme will be in January. Directors have already stated that they will vote in favour of the scheme which means MSB will to. This does not give them a majority to pass the scheme unless large blocks of shares held by nominees also vote for the scheme. Have these nominees agreed to support the scheme? Are any of these nominees holding shares on behalf of Codelco or other interested parties thus ensuring the scheme will go ahead?As for small holders let's hear what your opinions are in voting for/against the scheme.
