I have read many pages of the scheme booklet, though not all.

Daniel Tartax and Ian Malouf have already indicated they will accept the alternative offer (i.e. the A$1.32 cash plus various shares in RollCo, and other stipulations). They are high net worth, sophisticated investors.

Upon reading the Independent Expert's report, it declined to fully assess the alternative offer but noted illiquidity would be present for the probably 26 per cent non-MIRA minority holders, as well as the usual fewer rights for such 'minnows' given the vehicle will not be listed on the ASX.

I am considering whether now to simply accept the cash, assuming the Scheme proceeds. Thoughts?
