Yes, we do have power.....

Back of the envelope calc is approx. 30% can't vote (Carsome/Catcha stock) which only leaves 70%. Out of the 70% one should expect 10% non-turn out so hence leaves 63%. If 25% of the 63% that do vote say 'No' F off, then only 15.75% NO vote will mean either the Carsome/Catch clan either up their offer to match what they paid for Catcha's stake or pack their bags!

Very sneaky indeed and stinks of arrogance
