Wrong !!!! The offer of $5.00 per share MAY include up to 11 cents per share dividend some of which may be franked. But the total offer including the dividend will not exceed $5.00 ! The only thing you will get over the actual $5.00 will be the Franking credit. So to put it simply, the offer is for $5.00., less whatever dividend we end up with !. An example would be a dividend of 10 cps franked. You would then get $4.90 + 10 cent dividend + whatever Franking credit applies to the dividend.
So wrong !!!!! You will NOT get the dividend on top of the $5.00, it will be part of the total payment of $5.00 !!!
