    I am actually a yes voter.

    Should the Pfizer bid fail - the share price could tank - particularly in this market. The last raising was an insto placement in April 2021 at 5.8 cents - so to hang on would mean long term dilution too.

    If there was another bidder - they would probably have put their hand up already.

    I congratulate the directors for negotiating a better price for shareholders than the original offer.
