He said that’s why they secured the Pfizer license funds. So in that sense not all the money is ‘allocated’ to strictly R & D but I guess will be used where needed. Don’t disagree about it being wrong though.

Has there been many examples of a takeover company increasing the bid last minute? TK also said there are no negotiations between the company and Pfizer re price, so any increase will have to be at Pfizer’s own discretion.
