Agree; it’s a disgraceful state of affairs with RAP at the moment; if the scheme is voted down the current BOD actually stays and an immediate Cap raise must occur.
I simply cannot fathom any insto buying in with the dismal BOD RAP currently has, will the current SH put hands in pockets with the current BOD? That’s the big question.
Also the booklet portend’s a dismal 4c!
