actually it will be less $'s required as the "in place" directors will no longer be "in place" for long with less salary sweetened by incentives for the new team we will put in to operate the show...competent structured strategically minded commercial crew. A simple CR of 80 million shares at 12 cents a share will be fine. They are on the way out but are still projecting what cash reserves are going to be required as they have built in their own monies they think they will be earning. Kidding? 9% dilution and we will swish forward and upward.
