    This shocked me a little when I read it as well.

    Seems like such a waste of company funds and irresponsible handling of such. Wish they could be held accountable for this. How will they justify this to SH's and for such a pitiful offer as well.

    I'll never forget that they've sucked millions of free shares out of SH's and this company.
