I really don't want us shareholders becoming confused as I look forward to casting my No vote tonight.
You can elect to have the Chairman act as your proxy and they must follow your vote if you elect to vote. If you vote no, the chairman has to vote no on your behalf.
However if you give your proxy to the chairman and do not vote, then they can decide how to vote for you.
