Besides LT holders, others watching on the side are expecting to buy at lower price once voted no, they may end up buying at higher price due to unexpected. Hence some people persistently remind us RAP has no future no potential no cash flow, sounds like TK?
The scheme schedule are subject to changed at any time. Given the online voting opened 1 month before the meeting, and no votes only require 25% share to succeed, when most of the top 20-100 voted with a decent volume speaks against, meeting will be cancelled with announcement.
