Don't forget Rob Langford, former Chairman of TNT also. Julian and Rob were a very good team at Tesserent. Both of them were also very accessible to shareholders.
I just don't understand why Tesserent didn't wait a bit longer before selling out. The financials were improving. In any event, the potential sale is certainly a great deal for Geoff Lord at 13c a share- i understand he got most of his shares at 6c or less. 13c not such a great deal for retail investors, depending on your entry price.
i'm looking at putting a substantial amount of TNT profit into Spirit Technology also (assuming Thales deal goes through, which I believe it will) . I think Julian is a very good operator and am "backing the horse" also to turn Spirit around. At 4c a share and a market cap of 30 million, it certainly has upside potential.
